The left is a pencil/pen case and the right is a cozy for a quart mason jar, I love it for my iced tea!!!!

bags and purses

The handbag on the left is my own crazy creation, and first attempt, the second is a back pack, pretty large, will hold a standard size notebook.

more hats

First is a headband, then a newsboy style hat, butterfly hat, which I think is very cute and a hat, scarf and mittens set I made.

These are hats I have made, the red and white one is a newsboy style, so is the second but I made the bill way too big LOL the first one is a super slouchy hat, my favorite!! The purple and blue hats are cute bobble hats. The pink hat is a skully hat, very warm.

baby and toddler hats

This is an afghan I made for my friend Julie's baby, Ryley. I hope she loves it and uses it for many years. This is placed on a queen size waterbed, just to give you an idea of it's size.

This is my first attempt at amigurumi and I am so happy with the way the turned out that I think I am going to make the rest of the reindeer.

May/June shawl exchange

This is the Shawl exchange I received from Sandy. She sent 2 skeins of yarn, 2 pkgs of candy, a journal for my swaps, and several leaflet patterns, oh yea and the shawl!!! Which I have already worn, I just love it.

This is the granny exchange I received from Cathy in Cananda. I beautiful granny, an "Anne" pencil and two post cards. She also sent a lovely note about herself and where she lives.

This is the May Granny exchange I made for Cathy in Canada. I had so much fun making these things it's hard to stop and 1 or 2!!!! I also sent her some pretty wind chimes.

My puffy exchange from Lauretta

Today I received my puffy from Lauretta. She sent me 3 dishcloths and a purple ink pen... how did she know I had an ink pen fetish!!!!! LOL!!! One of the dishcloths is a butterfly the other purple one is a heart and the last is a pretty varigated square.

Here is a pic of the wonderful puffy I received today from Vanessa. I just love these squares!!! I especially love the one with the 4 flowers, it reminds me of a window. For some reason it screams summer!!!

My version of the Rainbow Granny 'Ghan

Here is my version of an octagon and granny square afghan I made from a pattern out or Crochet Today issue Sept/Oct 2008. I really had fun with the colors and it was a great way to use up some yarn.
